Welcome to the Rock'n'Reiki Sanctuary! This is a beautiful place of healing. To maintain the safe and relaxing energy of the sanctuary, I have a few policies to ensure my space retains the beautiful atmosphere and energy that it has for all who enter, a place people love to visit.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
The time for your service is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that sometimes plans change, however I do ask that you contact me to reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so that I have the opportunity to give that time slot to another guest. If you do not contact me to reschedule or cancel and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged for the appointment.
Draping Policy
As a Licensed Massage Therapist I use professional draping during all services. To allow for client comfort, modesty and professionalism, I use a sheet and blanket and only undrape the part of the body I am working on at the moment. Client comfort is important and if you are too warm we can uncover feet and remove the blanket but the sheet is not negotiable. I do not offer towel draping.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
I have been in the massage business many years. I strive to create an excellent experience for my clients, and to maintain a high level of professionalism. If you ask for a "happy ending", or make inappropriate/sexual comments, noises, or movements of your body I will terminate the session and you will be charged for your service.
