A: Yes! The energy of Reiki transcends physical distance, and Zoom allows for a highly interactive and personal experience. Q: What if I have to miss a live class?
A: No problem at all. Every live session (both in-person and Zoom) is recorded. If you miss a class, you will receive a private link to the recording to watch at your convenience, so you never fall behind.

A: Not at all. For the course, you will primarily need a quiet space to practice. You may want to have a notebook handy. For giving Reiki to others, a massage table is nice but not necessary—a bed, couch, or even a mat on the floor works perfectly. A full list of simple recommendations will be provided after you register.

 

Q: Is there any homework or practice required between classes?
A: The best way to learn Reiki is by doing it! To get the most out of the course, you will be encouraged to practice self-Reiki daily and try the techniques we learn. This "homeplay" is designed to be enjoyable and is the key to building your confidence. The 6-week format gives you the perfect amount of time for this integration.
